Hakan Kendirli is an entrepreneur and business professional with extensive international experience in real estate and investment consulting. His approach goes beyond traditional sales, focusing on creating sustainable value, strategic investment planning, and long-term profitability for clients.

He was born in 1981 in Niğde, Turkey, and moved to Istanbul in 1985 due to his family’s business activities. In 1999, through his uncle Mehmet T., who was active in Colins Jeans and the textile industry, he relocated to Odessa, Ukraine. There, he became actively involved in business operations, gaining hands-on commercial experience. He graduated from Odessa State University in 2004, developing a strong entrepreneurial mindset from an early age.

In 2010, he began his professional career in Alanya, successfully applying his experience from Istanbul and Ukraine. As a Sales Manager, he quickly established a strong market presence through high-volume transactions and a high-quality client portfolio.

He gained international recognition through successful sales to foreign investors, particularly from Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Germany.

In 2013, he took a major step into entrepreneurship by establishing his own business model in real estate and investment consulting. Initially operating under the brand Sadad Global, he later continued under Alanya City Group, which he founded as the sole owner in 2015. In 2016, his cousin Muhammed Yaşar Adıgüzel joined the company, strengthening its organizational structure and contributing to its corporate growth.

Today, Alanya City Group operates not only as a real estate company but as a comprehensive investment consultancy platform managing the entire investment process.

Hakan Kendirli’s approach goes beyond standard property transactions. He manages investments holistically, including property selection, financial structuring, legal processes, and investor adaptation in Turkey.

Throughout his career, he has also been involved in multiple sectors, including restaurant and café investments, construction partnerships, car rental, company formation, consultancy, business development, and international trade. This diverse experience allows him to evaluate investments from a broader strategic perspective.

Between 2016 and 2024, he was a member of FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation), actively participating in international exhibitions and conferences.

Since 2013, he has collaborated with Erol Fazlıoğlu, contributing to key project sales. Currently, he serves as an International Board Member at 23 Projects, playing an active role in developing projects for international markets and building global sales networks for premium real estate.

In 2025, a strategic presence was established in Yekaterinburg, Russia, creating a strong investment bridge between Turkey and Russia. This structure enables effective collaboration with local real estate agencies and legal firms.
